FRIENDLY FILL-INS- WEEK 10

This is an exciting meme, where I'm supposed to complete  four given statements. The whole exercise inspires one to think and come up with  new ideas to fill up the blanks. Below are four statements, which I've completed. The given words are in bold letters.....

Flowers have a way of spreading positivity!
Friendly fill-in for my post! Orange rose in our lawn.

1. I prefer reading one of my favorite books to needless TV watching in free time. Reading a good book gives me immense pleasure.

2. Accepting the loss of dear mom and dad was much harder than I expected. You realize the intensity of pain only after the loss.

3. One way that I can relax is either listening to music or strolling in our driveway. This gives me an opportunity to contemplate on fresh ideas.

4. Hypocrisy and lies, which are increasingly practiced in social circles these days, always make me feel uncomfortable. It may sound idealistic. However, I’m like that.

Friends,welcome here as always!

  1. Uppal, I am so happy tosee you here! I love your answers, as always.

Ilove reading, and prefer it, to. It relaxes me, but it energizes me, too.

I am so sorry for your losses, and the pain of them. Hugs, my friend.

I like to take my music with me when I walk. That is, if I don't bring my dog.

I agree with you wholeheartedly about hypocrisy and lies. I cannot accept those. They destroy trust.

Thank you, Uppal. I appreciate your honest answers and your friendship. Hugs!
