THURSDAY CHALLENGE

This flower has an intricate structure. I got its sapling from outside my house and planted it in my backyard. The flower stands erect on its middle stem. Other flowers come on the side branches but they are small in size.It retains its freshness for more than a week.

Friends,  your views are welcome.

  6. They remind me of a velvette pattern of flowers on my heavy worked anarkali, I haven't had the luck to see something so utterly velvety beauty in real life. Elegant !

  8. Lovely click of Cock's Comb flower :) Remembering my childhood when we used to collect tiny shiny black seeds, sowing, watching them grow and bear flowers... There is a wide range in the flower colours...
